Regulation and Status

Chantrey Vellacott DFK LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England (Company number OC313147). We use the word ’partner’ to describe a member of Chantrey Vellacott DFK LLP in their capacity as such. We are member firm of DFK International (’DFK’), a worldwide association of independent firms. Neither DFK nor any of its member firms has any liability for each other’s acts or omissions. Professional services are provided by member firms or their subsidiaries and not by DFK.

We are registered to carry on audit work and regulated for a range of investment business activities by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (’ICAEW’).

We are not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 but are able, in certain circumstances, to offer a limited range of investment services because we are a member of the ICAEW. The firm only provides these investment services if they are an incidental part of the professional services it has been engaged to provide.

All contracts and disputes are governed by English law.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Our professional indemnity insurance is provided by a number of different insurers lead by Allianz of 60 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0HR. The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the US or Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the US or Canada.
